We Need Your Help Planting Trees!
Join Heartland Tree Alliance to plant trees throughout Kansas City! Trees slow traffic speeds, filter air and water pollutants, and provide shade to cool the rising temperatures in summer. Over time, trees help slow climate change by removing carbon dioxide from the air, storing carbon in the trees and soil, and releasing oxygen into the atmosphere.
When you plant a tree, you leave a legacy for generations to come! Sign up today to make an impact in your community. Check out this video to learn what to expect from our tree planting workday!
