This is a UMKC-Center For Neighborhoods Community Impact Fellowship funded by the Hall Family Foundation. Our goal is to come up with an initiative that can be duplicated in neighborhoods in District 3 and on the west side of District 5; neighborhoods that are located in high-poverty zip codes.
