About the Event
During these unprecedented times, it is more important than ever to come together in community. Light refreshments will be provided.
The Kansas City Climate Café offers a welcoming, supportive space for people who may be experiencing anxiety, overwhelm, grief, anger, or other emotions related to the climate crisis and other global challenges. You are invited to come as you are and share — or simply listen.
Drawing on guidance from the Climate Psychology Alliance of North America, facilitators will gently guide small-group conversations in a way that is nurturing, respectful, and non-judgmental. This is not a lecture or a problem-solving session, but a chance to be heard, witnessed, and supported.
