Fall Festival is upon us with all the traditional thoughts of harvest, celebration, and preparation for the winter ahead. In recent years, fall also presents us with the challenges of a changing climate and related food supply problems. Yet we can all learn to adapt to this changing world. We can continue to celebrate our seasonal harvest with sustainable food sources. With better heating & cooling options, and modern transportation.
2024 Fall Festival
Unity Temple on the Plaza

Festival Showcase, 11:00 am to 2:00 pm
Film Screening & Panel, 2:00 pm to 4:30 pm
The festival showcase will be filled with Booths & Vendors, Local Growers & sustainability Presentations. There’s a Kids’ Corner and Bookwalk to keep the young ones entertained. And there’s a Clothing Swap & Repair Café, so bring your gently used clothing and swap it for something new-to-you, or bring your favorite piece of clothing and get it repaired for free. After the festival showcase, go upstairs and view a free Film Screening of “Hot Times in the Heartland,” followed by an expert Panel Discussion of ways to adapt to the changing climate.
