Tech, It Does a Planet Good: Developing Tech-based Projects that have Positive Impacts.
This presentation will give an overview of volunteer technology groups, their role in fighting climate change and an example of a local project that is helping to keep still-good stuff out of landfills and helping more KC-area people and pets. In addition, it will cover how to start a tech-based, environmentally related project and recruit volunteers to work on it.
