Join Platte Land Trust Sat. Oct. 25, 2025 for a morning bird hike and/or lunchtime tree walk. Explore Charlotte Sawyers Nature Area (6075 NW Union Chapel Rd, Parkville, MO 64152) with Master Naturalists. Please wear sturdy shoes for walking along mowed and woodland trails.
9:00 – 11:00 am Bird Hike: Improve or learn birdwatching skills. Limited to 20 people 8 years and older. Bring binoculars if you have them.
11:30 am – 1:00 pm. Tree Walk: Explore the trees of CSNA with the new iTree map. Appropriate for all ages.
2:00 – 4:00 Bats: Learn about bats and their important place in nature. Kid-focused program.
