Meet MCE at Chats for Change: KC

Join us for an engaging night of conversation with your elected officials and other likeminded environmentalists and conservationists. Missouri Coalition for the Environment are hosting our second “Chats for Change” event in Kansas City on Wednesday, May 24, from 5:30-7:30 pm CST at Kansas City’s Casual Animal Brewery in the Crossroads.

Attendees will have the chance to meet our MCE Kansas City team, learn more about becoming a member, our volunteer opportunities, and sign-up to be a Regional Captain for the Kansas City Region. You can connect with elected officials including Megan L. Marshall, 3rd District and 6th District Jackson County Legislator Sean Smith.

This event is free and open to all. It is intended to bring environmentally active citizens and those interested in becoming more environmentally active together with members of various environmental organizations as well as elected officials. This is an informal setting making it easy to spur conversations, address questions, and learn more about what is going on behind the scenes.
