The Mid-America Regional Council (MARC) will present a draft framework of climate action priorities based on prior workshops held with community stakeholders. Participants in this workshop will review the framework and identify connections for programs and projects to be included in federal funding. Upcoming funding opportunities include the Priority Climate Action Plan and an EPA Climate Pollution Reduction implementation grant.
This workshop is intended for interested community members and stakeholders who are involved or interested in regional climate action projects and initiatives. Attendees will provide input for a prioritized slate of projects that fit into the discussed plan.
