Volunteer Garden and Clean-Up Day at Project Living Proof

Help us get Project Living Proof ready for summer!

Join Metropolitan Energy Center and Farmer Dan from 8-11 a.m. Friday, June 5, for a morning of community care at Project Living Proof, MEC’s historic demonstration home. Together, we’ll tend native gardens, spruce up outdoor and indoor spaces, and prepare the site for upcoming community events.

Project Living Proof helps visitors learn how to lower energy and water bills, improve home comfort and safety, grow food through urban gardening, and keep a no-mow native garden—and you can help keep this valuable community resource thriving.

Whether you can stay for an hour or the whole morning, we’d love to have you. We’ll provide coffee, pastries, great company, and plenty of opportunities to get your hands in the dirt.

As a thank-you, volunteers will have the chance to take home native plants!

Come help us make this special space shine for the season ahead.
