The Advocacy Guide helps communities across Missouri address local environmental issues by offering recommendations and insights that support individuals and groups working to protect Missouri’s environment and public health.
Issue Support helps residents, coalitions, and organizations across the state respond to local concerns, conduct research, draft policy or legislation, and navigate the advocacy process step by step.
The Organizational Support component offers guidance on how to start, grow, and maintain effective community coalitions. Learn how to build structure and shared goals, sustain long-term collaboration, and adapt as needs evolve.
We offer Fiscal Sponsorship and agent services to mission-aligned groups across Missouri, helping them apply for grants, receive donations, and focus on their work while we handle nonprofit administration, payroll, and benefits.
Advocacy Travel Stipends are available to individuals who need financial assistance to travel to Jefferson City, MO or Washington, D.C. to use their voice to advocate for/against an environmental health issue affecting them and their community.
Mini-grants are available to community groups, organizations, and coalitions who need support with building organizational capacity or launching a project that addresses an environmental health issue in their region.
