We are excited to announce that Young Family Farm will be hosting a free health fair through “Our Healthy Jackson County” on July 12th from 4pm-7pm.
Healthcare providers from UMKC will facilitate screenings and evaluations for all participants. This event is open to the public and family-friendly! We believe in promoting health and wellness in our community, which is why we were eager to support. The event will also offer individuals a financial incentive for participation.
