We are looking for volunteers to assist at the following events and help spread the word about Magpie.
Haunted House Oct. 17
Get your spooky creativity flowing and volunteer to represent Magpie at the ArtsTech haunted house on Friday, October 17th.
During the haunted house, volunteers will help pass out candy to trick-or-treaters indoors and/or assist kids with a Halloween themed craft.

GO Green Fair
This FREE family-friendly environmental fair will show you how taking small steps to reduce your carbon footprint at home, school and work will help the environment and save money. Local businesses and nonprofits will provide information and items to help you live a more sustainable life.
Represent Magpie at our indoor informational booth and hand out collage packs to guests!

Oct. 18, High Priority Need!
OP Recycling Extravaganza – We are participating in the OP Recycling Extravaganza for the 3rd time! During the last 2 events, we collected around 1250 lbs. of materials.
We have two shift options – volunteers can help accept material donations at our outdoor booth and/or help unload material donations at our storage site at the end of the event. Lunch provided on site by the City of Overland Park.
