Climate Change & Social Equity: The Intersection of Climate, Homelessness & Creating Sustainable Communities
Led by Hope Faith, a local homeless assistance campus, this presentation focuses on the impact climate change has on our most vulnerable community members. Additional topics will include a summary of Hope Faith’s services and programs and efforts to develop Hope Grows, an urban farming initiative, and other environmentally friendly initiatives.
Speaker: Alfredo Palacol
Alfredo serves as Hope Faith’s Director of Case Management, where he is responsible for providing homeless people with individualized case management. Previously, Alfredo served as Director of Programs and Partnerships, helping develop Hope Grows and Hope Cycles.
