Do you have an idea for the next great invention? Kansas City Invention Convention (KCIC) provides young inventors in grades 5-12 access to resources and opportunities to develop their idea into real world inventions. KCIC competition will be held on April 10, 2025. Student participation at competition day is encouraged but not a requirement for educators to access the invention curriculum. There are no registration fees for students to participate in KCIC.
At KCIC, students in grades 5-12 come together to invent the future. The program provides access to resources, workshops, and mentors who will help you develop your ideas from concept to prototype. By competing in KCIC, you also have the opportunity to win cash prizes and a chance to compete at the national and global competitions!
