On Wednesday, May 22, 8:30 a.m., the Finance and Governing Committee of the City Council of Kansas City will consider Resolution 190420 that will express support for a national revenue-neutral carbon fee and dividend system to fulfill the nation’s collective responsibility under the Paris Agreement; urging Congress to pass legislation enacting such system.
