Are you aware that there is important pending legislation in Missouri, HB 2852 could bring paint stewardship to our state. If passed, this legislation could save Missouri more than $12 million a year. Can you imagine being able to return your paint to the point of purchase for recycling? Currently In Missouri, approximately 1.3 million gallons of leftover paint are disposed of each year — when it could be recycled.

The Missouri Product Stewardship Council would like to invite you to the 2023 Virtual Panel: Managing Leftover Paint in Missouri. We’ll be joined by state and local government officials, retailers, and the American Coatings Association for a discussion on how PaintCare can benefit efforts to manage leftover paint. This is an exciting opportunity to learn from different perspectives and ask questions about how leftover paint management can be improved in Missouri.
