This Saturday afternoon, March 23rd, catch the Kansas City premiere of the feature-length documentary “Hot Times in the Heartland,” which explores the local response to climate change, focusing primarily on the Kaw Valley of Kansas and the KC metro area. Film screening begins at 2pm in the Atkins Theater at the Nelson-Atkins Museum of Art followed by a discussion with a number of local participants in the program.
