The Chile/Madrid Climate Change Conference picked up the pace, as delegates tried to work through impasses on several issues. Discussions included finance, loss and damage, and common time frames, among others. An informal meeting on the global goal for adaptation took place. Article 6 (cooperative approaches) negotiations convened throughout the day, including a heads of delegation meeting with the COP Presidency and SBSTA Chair.
