Ann Arbor Unveils $1B Plan To Go Carbon-Neutral

In a new plan city leaders call “audacious, ambitious and inspirational,” Ann Arbor has outlined more than 40 actions to achieve carbon-neutrality by 2030. Implementing those measures, expanding transit services and powering the entire community with 100% renewable energy will cost more than $1 billion over the next 10 years, the city estimates, but Mayor Christopher Taylor maintains it’s doable.
