The Pilgrim Center for Connection will be tabling at the first annual Monarch Fest at Urbavore Farm on Saturday, September 19, 2026, 3:30 p.m. to sunset.
Stop by our booth to learn how EASY it is to support all pollinators–including Monarch Butterflies–by growing Honeyvine Milkweed!
Meet our mascot, a giant puppet named Eve, and get your free 5-minute native plant consultation, FREE Honeyvine Milkweed plant, and FREE SEEDS for a variety of native plants (while supplies last)!
More about the Festival: Every fall, monarch butterflies travel through the Kansas City region on their journey to central Mexico, relying on native flowering plants along the way to fuel one of the world’s most remarkable migrations. Monarch Fest celebrates their journey and the native plants, healthy soil, and people working to protect the habitats that make it possible.
Join us at Urbavore Farm to explore fields of native flowers, shop local makers, learn from farmers and community organizations, and get back to the roots of our connections with each other and the earth.
