Celebrate spring and the spirit of Arbor Day at our inaugural community open house at the Linda Hall Library in celebration of our 80th anniversary on Saturday, May 2, 2026 from 9am–3pm CDT. Families are invited to explore the Library through hands-on activities and interactive experiences inspired by trees, nature, and scientific discovery.
Drop in to learn about the science of trees, check out our new exhibition, and take part in activities designed to spark curiosity in visitors of all ages. It’s a chance to explore the Library together and celebrate the natural world that inspires science and innovation.
