4 Steps for a Resilient Life Gathering

Four Steps for a Resilient Life: Waldo Grassroots Activists Gathering

If you sometimes feel overwhelmed and exhausted by what is going on in the world, you are not alone. This free workshop, led by Sami Aaron, founder of The Resilient Activist, will introduce you to four concrete steps you can take to refocus, reframe, and reboot — reducing feelings of overwhelm and exhaustion while building resilience, optimism, and hope in the face of ongoing crises and systemic injustice.

Together, we will embark on an empowering journey to cultivate the inner resources that help us keep caring, keep showing up, and keep going — even when it is hard.

What to Expect

  • A welcoming, supportive space for people who care deeply about the world
  • Four practical steps for building personal resilience
