Climate Change in the American Mind: December 2018

In its latest national survey the Yale Program on Climate Change Communication has found that a vast majority of Americans believe that global warming is happening. This majority outnumbers those who don’t think so by a ratio of more than 5 to 1. For those Americans with an understanding that global warming is caused by human activities, the number is also growing to 62% of the public. These numbers reflect large increases since March 2015.
